Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders containing items in stock will be processed within 1 business day and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly and ship it as soon as stock becomes available. Customers will receive regular updates on backorder status.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process and included in your total order amount.

  • A Medi Supplies ships orders across Canada. Shipping availability, delivery timelines, and carrier options may vary depending on the destination, product type, and order size.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@amedisupplies.com.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@amedisupplies.com and we will be happy to help you.

Taxes

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
