Return & Refund Policy

At AG MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT GROUP INC., the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Due to the hygienic and medical nature of many of the products we sell, returns are only accepted for unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Opened, used, or altered medical and hygiene products cannot be returned to ensure product safety and integrity.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is in the same condition as received
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent by mail or courier.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

In these cases, AG MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT GROUP INC. will provide a return shipping label.

Wrong or Damaged Products

Once confirmed, we will arrange:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Change of Mind

Due to the medical and hygiene nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.
